Searchability NS&D is seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Technical Consultant to lead technical delivery across an Oracle HCM Payroll transformation. The role requires active SC clearance and expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, with responsibilities spanning design documentation, integrations, and testing.

The position is based in Bristol with hybrid working. You will engage with architects, developers and stakeholders to ensure scalable, reliable payroll solutions aligned to programme

Qualifications

• Active SC clearance.
• Proven experience as an Oracle Payroll Technical Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Experience with Fast Formula, HCM Extracts and payroll integrations.
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience producing High-Level and Low-Level Design documentation.
• Strong understanding of payroll data structures and processing.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and technical troubleshooting skills.

THE ORACLE PAYROLL TECHNICAL CONSULTANT ROLE

As an Oracle Payroll Technical Consultant, you will provide specialist technical expertise across Oracle HCM Payroll implementations and enhancements. You will work closely with functional consultants, developers and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions, oversee payroll integrations and resolve complex technical challenges.

You will contribute to technical design documentation, support system testing and ensure payroll solutions are scalable, reliable and aligned with programme requirements.
