Job summary

Searchability is seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Technical Consultant (SC Cleared) for a Bristol-based, hybrid role. You will lead technical delivery across a complex Oracle HCM Payroll transformation programme, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensuring reliable payroll integrations.

You will collaborate with functional consultants, developers and architects, producing design documentation and resolving challenging payroll issues while maintaining

Qualifications

• Active SC clearance
• Proven experience as an Oracle Payroll Technical Consultant
• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
• Experience with Fast Formula, HCM Extracts and payroll integrations
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Experience producing High-Level and Low-Level Design documentation
• Strong understanding of payroll data structures and processing
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and technical troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

ORACLE PAYROLL TECHNICAL CONSULTANT ROLE

As an Oracle Payroll Technical Consultant, you will provide specialist technical expertise across Oracle HCM Payroll implementations and enhancements. You will work closely with functional consultants, developers and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions, oversee payroll integrations and resolve complex technical challenges.

You will contribute to technical design documentation, support system testing and ensure payroll solutions are scalable, reliable and aligned with programme requirements.

ORACLE PAYROLL TECHNICAL CONSULTANT ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Active SC clearance

Proven experience as an Oracle Payroll Technical Consultant
