Job summary

VE3 is seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Developer / Technical Consultant to support Oracle Payroll solutions in a secure client environment. You will translate business requirements into reliable payroll configurations and integrations, ensuring accurate, tested outcomes.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Oracle Payroll within Fusion Cloud HCM or E-Business Suite, strong SQL, and a solid understanding of UK payroll, with current SC clearance preferred. Remote UK work is possible.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Payroll in Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll or Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS/Payroll.
• Strong SQL skills for reporting, data analysis and reconciliation.
• UK payroll knowledge including PAYE, National Insurance, pensions and HMRC reporting.
• Experience developing/configuring integrations between payroll, HR, finance and third-party systems.
• SC clearance in current status; verification required.

Responsibilities

• Analyse payroll requirements and produce functional specs, technical designs and impact assessments.
• Configure and enhance Oracle Payroll, including elements, balances and formulas.
• Develop and maintain payroll interfaces with HR, finance and pensions.
• Build and support payroll reports, extracts and reconciliation outputs.
• Investigate payroll calculation issues and data discrepancies; implement fixes.
• Support data migration, validation and reconciliation; conduct testing and UAT.
