Job summary

LA International is seeking a Principal Oracle Payroll Functional/Technical Consultant for remote working in the United Kingdom. The role blends functional and technical delivery from design through to implementation, with an emphasis on UK payroll compliance.

Responsibilities include leading Oracle Payroll enhancements, gathering requirements, producing estimates, configuring systems, and supporting testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering Oracle Payroll solutions.
• Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Payroll and Oracle Cloud Payroll.
• Knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience writing and maintaining Oracle Fast Formulae.
• Understanding of Civil Service Terms and Conditions.
• Oracle Payroll certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Oracle Payroll enhancements, projects, and defect resolution activities.
• Gather requirements and perform impact assessments for customer change requests.
• Produce estimates and design effective payroll solutions.
• Configure Oracle Payroll systems and manage delivery through testing phases.
• Support System Testing and User Acceptance Testing activities.
• Develop and amend Oracle Fast Formulae within Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud Payroll.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and compliance obligations.
