Job summary

Cyro Cyber Ltd. is seeking an Internal IT Support Engineer to help ensure all Cyro IT systems run smoothly. You will handle internal IT tickets, review systems, and propose improvements to support business growth and platform development.

Role includes on-call rotations, potential travel to client sites, and hybrid work from London or home. Qualifications include 2+ years in IT support and SC clearance, with proficiency in Azure, M365, Intune and Defender.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Must hold SC clearance.
• Background in Private/Public Sector is advantageous.
• Security or Microsoft qualifications such as SC-900 or AZ-900 are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in IT service delivery and ticket resolution.
• Manage Azure/M365 configurations, Exchange Online, SharePoint and related services.
• Maintain asset and software licenses registers and review admin lists.
• Support and test backup/restore processes and incident recovery.
