Job summary

Cyro Cyber Ltd is seeking a Junior Cyber Security Engineer for a permanent, hybrid role (in-office at least 3 days a week). You will triage tickets, assist with resolutions, and support documentation efforts to ensure reliable service for clients.

Travel to client sites and occasional out-of-hours work are possible. You will work under the Cyber Security Engineer and grow through hands-on experience with a range of vendor technologies and cloud concepts, while developing your professional

Qualifications

• Minimum relevant experience 2 years.
• Ideally networking certifications across multiple vendors.
• MS Azure / Sentinel / 365 / Dynamics, Linux and networking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triages tickets and assigns engineers.
• Works on and resolves tickets where possible.
• Assists team members and shadows other engineers to learn.
• Reviews and creates documentation to ensure service delivery.
• Acts as client facing technical resource when needed.
• Escalates issues and contributes to RCA to reduce impact.
• Maintains and updates documentation for client networks.
