Job summary

Ten Dental + Facial in South West London is seeking a friendly Saturday Receptionist to join our modern dental and facial aesthetics group. No experience needed—the right attitude and people skills matter most, and we’ll provide full training from day one.

You’ll be the warm first face patients see on Saturdays, handle calls, bookings, check-ins and payments, and help keep the day running smoothly for the dentists and team.

We’re Ten Dental + Facial, a friendly, modern dental and facial aesthetics group in South West London, and we’re looking for a Saturday Receptionist to join our team.

You don’t need any dental experience. Honestly! We’ll give you all the training you need. What matters more to us is that you’re a natural with people, you use your initiative, and you’ve got loads of common sense. If you can stay calm when the phone’s ringing, someone’s at the desk and a patient needs a hand, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing

• Being the warm, smiling first face our patients see on a Saturday.
• Answering calls, messages and enquiries, and booking appointments.
• Checking patients in and out and taking payments.
• Helping keep the day running smoothly for our dentists and the rest of the team.

What we’re looking for

• A friendly, positive person who genuinely enjoys helping people.
• A self-starter who spots what needs doing and gets on with it.
• Someone reliable, organised and good at juggling a few things at once.
• Confident on the phone and comfortable using a computer.
