Job summary

Dental Beauty Partners in Sutton, Surrey, is seeking a part-time Dental Receptionist to join our Orthodontics division. Hours are Monday 8AM-5PM, Tuesday 10AM-7PM and Wednesday 9AM-6PM.

You will provide front-desk and admin support, handle calls, book appointments in Dentally, collect payments, and ensure GDPR compliance. Prior dental receptionist experience is preferred; Dentally experience is a plus. Training provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist or related front-of-house role.
• Experience in private or mixed dental practice preferred.
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential.
• Ensure compliance with CQC/GDPR and patient data handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality reception and admin support to ensure patient satisfaction and practice efficiency.
• Answer telephone calls and handle patient enquiries professionally.
• Schedule patient appointments using Dentally and manage diaries for the clinical team.
• Collect and record patient payments in line with the payments policy.
• Ensure compliance with DBP Information Governance Policy and GDPR.

*Dental Receptionist Required - Dental Beauty Orthodontics Sutton*
*Part-Time Position - Monday to Wednesday - Hours Below*

Here at Dental Beauty Partners, we have a fantastic part-time opportunity for a Dental Receptionist to join our Dental Beauty Orthodontics division in our recently acquired practice in Sutton, Surrey which is led by our Partner, Dr. Devana Arya.

Dental Beauty Partners are an award-winning practice Dental Group, with a wealth of practices spread across SE England, including four specialist Orthodontic practices. This will be a highly varied position with lots of scope to develop and learn whilst working with a fantastic practice team.

Working Pattern:
Mondays: 8AM-5PM
Tuesday: 10AM-7PM
Wednesday: 9AM-6PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a high-quality reception and administration service to ensure patient satisfaction & maximum contribution to practice efficiency
• Answering the telephone and dealing with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner, with a focus on going the extra mile
• Schedule patient appointments in accordance & effectively managing the diaries of our clinical team; all through our software system, Dentally
• Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy
• To ensure compliances with DBP Information Governance Policy and GDPR

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

• Ideally 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist, within a private or mixed practice
• If no Dentistry experience, then a background within a front of house, customer service or medical coordinator role
• Dentally software experience is preferred but not essential
• Ensuring CQC requirements are met at all times
• Experience in providing exceptional patient care/customer service
