Job summary

Eutelsat in London, Turin or Paris is seeking a Service Assurance Engineer to design, implement and maintain service assurance platforms for satellite networks. You’ll work with product managers, operations engineers and developers to ensure reliability and performance across complex infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in OSS systems in telecom or satellite operations, strong automation and monitoring skills, and experience with Kafka and Snowflake for real‑time data.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in OSS systems within telecom or satellite operations.
• Strong knowledge of fault, performance, configuration management and service provisioning.
• Experience with monitoring platforms and real‑time data streams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Service Assurance platforms for satellite networks.
• Develop telemetry, alarm correlation and performance reporting for real‑time visibility.
• Automate provisioning, fault management, config updates and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with network, IT and operations teams to translate requirements into OSS features.
• Integrate OSS modules with NMS/EMS and ticketing platforms to support end-to-end assurance.
• Troubleshoot OSS issues and maintain high availability of monitoring systems.
• Perform platform upgrades, performance tuning and CI of new data sources.
• Maintain documentation including architecture, flows and runbooks.
