Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Electronics, CS or related technical field.
• Proven experience in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role.
• Experience with RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analysers, power meters, oscilloscopes).

Responsibilities

• Own complex customer issues from escalation through resolution with expert technical guidance.
• Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve advanced hardware/software challenges using diagnostic tools.
• Translate customer problems into high-impact insights for product roadmaps and improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.
