Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to back GNSS simulation and satellite navigation test systems. You will troubleshoot RF signal generation, embedded software, and Linux platforms while engaging aerospace, defense, automotive, and telecom customers to keep critical navigation systems running.

You will work independently and with teams to replicate environments, perform root-cause analysis, and contribute to knowledge sharing and product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in a technical support, field application, or customer-facing engineering role.

Responsibilities

• Own complex hardware and software escalations end-to-end—from initial triage through root cause analysis and final resolution—for GNSS test systems.
• Use RF test equipment and diagnostic tools to reproduce and resolve high-impact technical issues.
• Act as the technical bridge between customers and Engineering to translate issues into actionable product insights.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases for support teams.
• Deliver remote and on-site installation, configuration, and training on GNSS test systems.
• Support software/firmware releases including pre-release testing and validation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and QA to ensure issues are captured and resolved.
