Job summary

Keysight Technologies seeks a software leadership professional to manage a multi‑disciplinary team responsible for the architecture, design, and delivery of the Positioning, Navigation & Timing software portfolio. You will collaborate closely with engineering management, supply chain, product management, and business development to drive strategic initiatives.

You will lead technical directions, oversee project execution, and mentor engineers while aligning with the Product Realisation Process

Qualifications

• Experience leading software development teams and multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to manage projects through requirements, design, and delivery.
• Mentoring and training of junior engineers and teams.
• Experience with Waterfall and AGILE methodologies in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate resources and processes within the Software Development team.
• Provide technical authority and leadership in architecture, design, and delivery of PNT software products.
• Contribute to vision, strategy, and hands-on development of the product portfolio.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects per Product Realisation Process.
• Support generation of technical and commercial proposals for new opportunities.
• Identify and manage technical partners for specialist services and outsourcing.
• Promote and enforce best practice design and testing regimes.
