Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking an Licensing & Regulatory Affairs Specialist to help develop and execute licensing strategies across the EMEA region for satellite services. You will work with regulatory experts to translate complex compliance challenges into competitive advantages and ensure timely licensing solution delivery.

You will engage with regulators and policy makers to shape NGSO regulatory frameworks while coordinating with cross-functional teams to support service delivery and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience or understanding of regulatory frameworks and policy analysis methodologies.
• Experience working with government officials or regulators is advantageous.
• Public policy development and implementation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support design and execution of licensing plans across EMEA countries.
• Engage with regulators, trade associations and industry stakeholders to advocate for favorable policies.
• Identify regulatory risks and maintain compliance across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with business, legal, policy and engineering teams to enable service delivery at scale.
