Job summary

Advocate Group is recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator on behalf of a global FMCG brand. The role focuses on SAP TMS-driven logistics coordination across multiple EMEA locations, ensuring on-time shipments and efficient carrier management.

The ideal candidate brings proven logistics experience, SAP TMS proficiency, and strong data-analysis skills to optimize routes, costs, and service levels while maintaining import/export compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, freight management, or supply chain coordination.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Ability to structure workflows and optimize transport operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with experience in transport data analysis.
• Experience working with transport providers and 3PL.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate deliveries across multiple EMEA locations, ensuring on-time shipments.
• Manage carrier relationships, supporting onboarding and performance tracking within SAP TMS.
• Monitor transport loads in real time, addressing delays and updating customer service.
• Optimize transport routes to cut costs and improve service levels.
• Prepare and oversee import/export documentation including packing lists and invoices.
• Ensure customs compliance and resolve queries related to codes.
• Support SAP TMS implementation, including pricing updates and new carrier setup.
• Collaborate with 3PLs, co-packers, and warehouses to improve transport ops.
• Assist in transport tenders and cost-saving initiatives.
