ABOUT THE ROLE:
At Product & Service Operations (PSO), they are dedicated to helping businesses succeed through scaled service delivery and operations. They blend deep product expertise with analytical skills to design and manage scalable processes that support millions of advertisers across a wide range of products.
As part of the team, you’ll be a creative problem solver, ensuring businesses utilize advertising solutions efficiently and effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consultative Guidance: Provide expert advice to sales teams and clients on best practices and product setups.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and prioritize technical advertising issues, escalating when necessary for further troubleshooting.
  • Effective Communication: Clearly communicate technical resolutions and workarounds to both internal and external teams.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure high-quality support for advertising bugs, meeting all support SLAs.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize and automate workflows and support processes.

ABOUT YOU:

  • 2+ years of AdTech experience in a technical role
  • Experience on the app side of online advertising
  • Experience with troubleshooting and ticket escalation
  • Experience of using advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions and delivery
  • Familiarity with SQL
