Job summary

Modis International Ltd is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Manager to lead HR transformation workstreams across multiple UK locations. You will shape technology roadmaps and drive large-scale HR programmes, partnering with senior HR and business leaders to deliver change.

The role focuses on SAP SuccessFactors, AI and digital HR solutions, with a path to influence across organisations and a chance to mentor delivery teams in a consulting setting.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering HR Transformation and HR Technology programmes, including SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Excellent understanding of end-to-end HR processes, operating models and digital HR solutions.
• Proven experience managing complex transformation projects and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent consulting, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams and drive strategic change across organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of HR transformation and SAP SuccessFactors programmes, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Partner with senior HR, business and technology stakeholders to define HR operating models, technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Provide subject matter expertise across SAP SuccessFactors modules, guiding solution design, configuration and implementation activities.
• Support business growth through proposal development, client engagement, thought leadership and mentoring delivery teams.
