Job summary

Akkodis seeks a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Manager to drive HR transformation projects for major UK clients. You will lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, shape HR operating models and roadmaps, and engage senior HR and business leaders to ensure strategic alignment.

You will mentor delivery teams, contribute to proposals and thought leadership, and ensure high-quality delivery across busy client engagements in London, Manchester and Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR Transformation and HR tech programmes including SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, operating models and digital HR solutions.
• Proven ability to lead complex transformation projects and manage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of HR transformation and SAP SuccessFactors programmes, ensuring successful outcomes, quality delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Partner with senior HR, business and technology stakeholders to define HR operating models, technology strategies and transformation roadmaps.
• Provide subject matter expertise across SAP SuccessFactors modules, guiding solution design, configuration and implementation activities.
• Support business growth through proposal development, client engagement, thought leadership and mentoring delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
