Modis International Ltd is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to drive HR transformation across London, Manchester or Glasgow. You will partner with clients to redesign HR operating models, enhance employee experiences, and deliver innovative digital HR solutions.

You will collaborate with senior HR, business and technology stakeholders on advisory, transformation and implementation projects, gaining exposure to large-scale SAP SuccessFactors programmes.

• Proven experience delivering HR Transformation or SAP SuccessFactors-enabled programmes.

• Support the design and delivery of HR transformation programmes, helping clients develop future HR operating models, workforce processes, and employee experiences.
• Contribute to SAP SuccessFactors and broader HR technology initiatives, supporting solution design, implementation, and digital HR transformation projects.
• Work closely with HR, business, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse challenges, and develop practical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, assessments, and transformation workstreams while contributing to business development, thought leadership, and practice growth activities.

HR Transformation SuccessFactors Senior Consultant

Are you passionate about helping organisations modernise their HR function through digital transformation? This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale HR and SAP SuccessFactors programmes, partnering with clients to redesign HR operating models, enhance employee experience, and deliver innovative technology-driven solutions. You'll gain exposure to advisory, transformation, and implementation projects while working with senior HR, business, and technology stakeholders across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of HR transformation programmes, helping clients develop future HR operating models, workforce processes, and employee experiences.
• Contribute to SAP SuccessFactors and broader HR technology initiatives, supporting solution design, implementation, and digital HR transformation projects.
• Work closely with HR, business, and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse challenges, and develop practical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, assessments, and transformation workstreams while contributing to business development, thought leadership, and practice growth activities.

Essential Criteria

• Proven experience delivering HR Transformation, HR Technology, or SAP SuccessFactors-enabled programmes.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, HR operating models, and digital HR solutions.
• Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors implementations or HR technology transformation initiatives, with Employee Central and/or Employee Central Payroll experience being advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional project teams.
