Job summary

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are hiring an HR Data and Insights Analyst to shape how we use people data across the UK and overseas. You will lead the development of HR dashboards, MI, and reporting, turning data into clear business insights for People teams and leaders.

This specialist role requires strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise and hands-on experience with reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI; you’ll collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and the wider business to drive a data-driven culture

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors including Employee Central and Workforce Analytics/People Analytics.
Proven ability to develop dashboards and reporting from SuccessFactors and BI tools in a complex business environment.
Strong background in HR reporting, workforce analytics and business intelligence.

Responsibilities

Analyse workforce data and deliver insights to HR and business leaders to improve productivity and engagement.
Develop HR dashboards, MI, analytics and executive reporting for workforce trends.
Create predictive analytics and forecasting to support workforce planning.
Own governance of HR data quality and reporting standards.
