Job summary

easyJet, based in Luton with hybrid working, is seeking a Head of People Data, Insight and Analytics to shape and execute the people data strategy. You will own the end-to-end data ecosystem, govern data quality, and lead Airwaves listening initiatives to deliver faster, deeper insights.

The role combines data expertise with commercial judgement, guiding senior leaders and building self-service reporting to support workforce decisions and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading a people analytics, data or insight function at enterprise scale.
• Experience owning or leading a colleague listening or engagement survey programme in a large, complex organisation.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight and measurable change.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a clear people data, analytics and listening strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Own and evolve the Airwaves survey and listening approach from design to insight and action planning.
• Connect listening data with workforce, talent and business measures to provide a joined up view of colleague experience and performance.
• Translate survey results and data into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes.
• Own the end-to-end people data lifecycle including quality, governance, controls, reporting and analytics.
