Next Ventures is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant to support a client through the discovery phase of an upcoming S/4HANA programme. The consultant will assess payroll requirements, processes and system capabilities, with potential involvement in later programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery phase, assess payroll landscape and requirements.
• Provide expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and UK localisation.
• Identify integration requirements, gaps, risks and improvements.
• Contribute to solution design and programme planning for the S/4HANA transformation.
• Work with stakeholders and technical teams to define the future-state payroll.
