SAP Successfactors Business Support Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated SAP SuccessFactors Business Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. The role offers the opportunity to make a real difference by supporting both business-as-usual activities and the exciting global deployment of SAP SuccessFactors. You’ll be working closely with key stakeholders and contributing to the future of HR technology at our organisation.

This role encompasses two primary areas of responsibility:

1. Supporting the Employee Central Workstream Lead in the global deployment of SAP SuccessFactors.
2. Providing ongoing business support and specialising in Compensation and Variable Pay.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Supporting the EC Workstream Lead as part of the global deployment of SAP SuccessFactors.
2. Providing specialized BAU support with a focus on the specific area of focus as above.
3. Leading technical discussions on business opportunities and resolving complex issues.
4. Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while delivering innovative solutions.
5. Identifying and implementing process improvements to drive measurable business results.
6. Overseeing feature enhancements and providing project support for HR applications.
7. Managing HRIS support tickets, resolving queries, and escalating technical issues when needed.
8. Configuring solutions based on design directions, handling change requests, documentation, testing, and deploying new system functionalities.
9. Collaborating with HR, IT, and business teams to provide training, guidance, and support.
10. Performing systems administration tasks, including data imports/exports, workflow design, and business rule creation.
11. Working with third-party vendors to develop and implement business-driven functionality.
12. Designing and coordinating UAT activities with cross-departmental teams.
13. Supporting system upgrades and developing new SaaS functionality to meet business needs.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience in implementing and managing SAP SuccessFactors Suite.
2. Strong hands-on administration, maintenance, and support of the SuccessFactors application.
3. Experience troubleshooting and managing issues in HRIS systems.
4. Excellent business analysis skills and the ability to manage project timelines effectively.
5. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality, time-sensitive results.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
7. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and the discipline you are interested in.
