The Royal Greenwich Educational Psychology & Wellbeing Service (EP&WS) has recently expanded and are offering the opportunity for reflective and resourceful educational psychologists (EPs) to support our hard-working, friendly and ambitious team of EPs, assistant EPs, EPs in training, counsellors, restorative approaches facilitators and business support staff.
At Royal Greenwich, you will be working alongside colleagues who ensure that the best interests of children and young people are at the heart of what they do. Our recent Area SEND Inspection, noted that, "Professionals regularly go the extra mile to make sure that children and young people's needs are met effectively." Our flourishing traded service offers the security and benefits of working for a LA, alongside opportunities to deliver a wide range of preventive work, projects and training. The EPWS promotes a consultation model of service delivery, whilst valuing and respecting diversity in approaches. We promote child and family-centred practice and work creatively to develop bespoke intervention plans. There are opportunities to become involved in projects, including: ELSA, MeLSA, VIG, multi-family groups, training/supervision/coaching programmes, and organisational consultancy.
