We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactor Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in London. This role involves providing both functional and technical expertise to support a large-scale client environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the client’s team to manage a high-volume backlog of integration and system enhancement requests.

The position offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to work from various locations including company offices, client sites, and your home, although full-time remote work is not permitted.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze and resolve a significant number of backlog items related to SAP SuccessFactors.
• Design, configure, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems, including Oracle Taleo and other Talent Acquisition platforms.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to implement integration and functional enhancements.
• Manage complex organizational structures and a variety of business roles and security requirements.
• Utilize the SuccessFactors Integration Center to develop and maintain integrations.
• Support system administration, provisioning, and configuration tasks as necessary.
• Ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance with business requirements.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.

Your Skills:

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• In-depth functional knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, especially in Talent Acquisition and employee-related processes.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
• Experience in integrating SuccessFactors with Oracle Taleo and other Talent Acquisition systems.
• Strong understanding of Integration Center, interfaces, and data integration concepts.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Provisioning activities.
