Job summary

Capgemini in London is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors SME to join our team. You will provide functional and technical expertise to support a large-scale client environment, focusing on backlog items and integrations with Oracle Taleo and other Talent Acquisition systems.

The role offers a hybrid working model from London offices, client sites, and home, with no full-time remote work. You will work closely with stakeholders on design, testing, and deployment activities to ensure data integrity and

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Functional knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, especially Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with Oracle Taleo and other Talent Acquisition systems.
• Strong understanding of Integration Center and data integration concepts.
• Experience with SuccessFactors provisioning activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve backlog items related to SAP SuccessFactors.
• Design, configure, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to implement integrations and enhancements.
• Manage complex organizational structures and security requirements.
• Utilize the Integration Center to develop and maintain integrations.
• Support system administration, provisioning, and configuration tasks.
