Jaguar Land Rover in the West Midlands is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver end-user SAP training. You will develop content using SAP Enable Now, Rise 360, and Articulate 360, deliver blended learning, and support change adoption across manufacturing systems.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering end-user training programmes.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Enable Now or similar tools.
• Experience developing digital learning content using Rise 360 (Articulate 360).
• Ability to document business processes and translate them into learning solutions.
• Experience supporting change management and user adoption in transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Design and create role-based SAP user training using SAP EnableNow/ WalkMe and Articulate RISE
• Develop training content including classroom courses, online learning courses, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick reference guides
• Deliver blended learning packages from on-the-job training to webinars and classroom-based materials
• Evaluate SAP users’ knowledge at appropriate levels
• Support and develop end users post go-live
