Job summary

fast growth passenger vehicle brand is seeking an Automotive TECHNICAL TRAINING SPECIALIST who blends engineering expertise with teaching, strategy, project management and leadership. This role builds technical capability across the UK dealer network and involves delivering training at Nottingham and Bedford centres, plus remote dealership visits.

You will design the UK’s entire technical training programme, deliver courses, and create learning pathways.

Qualifications

• IMI recognised training is essential.
• Strong EV and Hybrid qualifications.
• Experience designing and delivering technical training programs.

Responsibilities

• Designing the UK's entire technical training programme.
• Delivering courses to technicians across the UK.
• Creating a complete learning pathway for technicians.
• Be the 'face' of technical knowledge with rapport across dealers.
• Support new vehicle launches with training readiness.
• Collaborate with Technical Support to identify recurring issues and create new courses.
