Job summary

Vision33, a global IT consultant, seeks a Regional Support Consultant for SAP Business One to support a growing client base. You will maintain SAP B1 expertise, provide estimates, and resolve client requests while aligning SAP solutions with client business practices.

You’ll liaise with consultants, customize forms, develop Crystal Reports, and deliver training as needed, including migration from legacy systems.

• SAP Business One experience in a consultancy or support role.
• Accounting or Information Systems qualifications are assets.
• Must be highly organized with strong prioritization in a fast-paced environment.

Regional Support Consultant, SAP B1 Full Time / Permanent Location: Open Location, United Kingdom Be part of a transformation and global expansion with Vision33! Due to our continued global growth and success, we are currently seeking a new permanent, full-time Regional Support Consultant, SAP B1 to support our expanding client base. In this role you will act as a resource available to assist our existing customers with new requirements to enhance their current systems and you will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the ERP consulting industry! Given the location of our clients, and the remote nature of the work required, we are also flexible on location.

Applying your skills and knowledge, you will:

• Maintain expert knowledge of SAP Business One.
• Provide estimates and ensure successful resolution for client requests.
• Recognize and address gaps between SAP Business One solutions and the business practices of the client.
• Provide consultation and support services on SAP Business One, identify and resolve product and technical questions and inquiries.
• Effectively communicate and build consensus with clients.
• Customize forms and develop reports using Crystal Reports and other tools available.
• Provide consultancy and training services for clients as required.
• Conduct migration support from legacy systems into SAP Business One.
• Liaise with fellow Implementation Consultants in providing innovative solutions to client issues on SAP B1 or associated SSP solutions.
• Maintain timely communication with clients, estimate work and schedule other resources, when required.
• Work in agreed budget and highlight any potential variances.

To successfully perform the responsibilities of this position, you must possess the following attributes:

• SAP Business One experience, in a consultancy or support role.
• Qualifications in Accounting and/or Information Systems from a recognized post-secondary institution would be considered an asset.
• Must be highly organized and able to multi-task/juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment simultaneously and effectively manage client expectations.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in SQL to help amend and create queries/reports
• Reporting and layout knowledge in tools such as Crystal Reports
• Superior people and communication skills: team-oriented, fast learner and very personable.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve success within a consulting environment.
• Ability to assign tasks to others and monitor performance, budgets, and completion in a timely manner.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Outlook.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve success within a consulting environment.
• Competency with typical office technology and software is a must; competency with project management software is an asset.
• Team-oriented, fast learner and very personable.
