Job summary

Vision33, a global IT consultant, seeks a Regional Support Consultant for SAP Business One to support a growing client base. You will maintain SAP B1 expertise, provide estimates, and resolve client requests while aligning SAP solutions with client business practices.

You’ll liaise with consultants, customize forms, develop Crystal Reports, and deliver training as needed, including migration from legacy systems.

Qualifications

• SAP Business One experience in a consultancy or support role.
• Accounting or Information Systems qualifications are assets.
• Must be highly organized with strong prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of SAP Business One and related solutions.
• Provide estimates and ensure resolution of client requests.
• Identify gaps between SAP B1 and client business practices and advise.
• Offer consultation and support on SAP B1 and related SSP solutions.
• Communicate effectively and build consensus with clients.
