This role involves supporting our migration project from SAP R3 to SAP S/4HANA, including configuration, data migration, UAT, user training, and documentation. You will utilize Excel and Power BI to generate reports and reconsolidate data from various systems.

As an Application Support Specialist, your responsibilities include troubleshooting, resolving issues, guiding end-users, and collaborating with various teams to optimize system performance and support business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with SAP S/4HANA testing and documentation.
• Manage support tickets, ensuring prompt responses and detailed documentation.
• Provide first-line support for SAP S/4HANA issues.
• Conduct user training and develop support documentation.
• Collaborate on system enhancements and process improvements.

Qualifications:
