Job summary

Sameday / Solutions Executive role focusing on managing urgent deliveries, developing new business and building strong customer relationships. You will handle enquiries, provide quotes, organise deliveries and identify the best transport solutions for customers.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the role requires proactive sales, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure. Logistics or transport experience is beneficial and a clear desire to win new business.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics or sameday delivery is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sameday delivery enquiries and provide quotes.
• Arrange and manage bookings from collection to delivery.
• Liaise with drivers, customers and transport partners.
• Find tailored logistics solutions to meet customer needs.
• Generate new business through cold calling and lead generation.
• Arrange customer meetings by Teams or in person.
• Prepare quotes, proposals and pricing.
