Vincere is seeking a Salesperson for Plant Equipment in Beccles to drive branch growth by converting enquiries, building relationships, and delivering a consistently high standard of service.

The role involves managing existing accounts, hitting targets through proactive pipeline management, and negotiating pricing to protect margins. Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, with commission and a company car offered.

Qualifications

• Plant + sales experience with strong plant hire knowledge and proven ability to convert enquiries and upsell.
• Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence negotiating and closing deals.
• Exceptional customer service; relationships and retention matter.
• Excellent communicator with customers in person and on the phone; builds rapport and follows up.

About the Role

• As Salesperson, you'll help drive branch growth by converting enquiries, building relationships, and delivering a consistently high standard of service.
