Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Salesforce Programme Delivery Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential extension. You will drive end-to-end delivery of a complex Salesforce transformation, engaging executive stakeholders and external partners to ensure strategic outcomes are achieved.

The role combines governance, people change, and process improvements with hands-on project leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce delivery methodologies and governance.
• Experience working with implementation partners and third-party vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder management with executive-level influence.
• Commercial awareness including budget ownership and financial governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a large-scale Salesforce implementation programme.
• Own and manage the programme roadmap, delivery plans and milestones.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across technology, operations, business change and data.
• Manage third-party suppliers, implementation partners and system integrators.
• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain programme governance and reporting structures.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control processes.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting and financial performance throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness activities.
• Coordinate testing, data migration and go-live activities.
• Ensure benefits realisation and user adoption across the organisation.
