Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise Salesforce programmes.
• Proven track record delivering complex digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce delivery methodologies and governance.
• Experience working with implementation partners and third-party vendors.
• Executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Budget ownership and financial governance.
• Ability to lead multiple parallel workstreams and prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a Salesforce transformation programme.
• Own the programme roadmap, delivery plans and milestones.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across technology, operations, and data.
• Manage third-party suppliers, partners and system integrators.
• Build relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Establish governance and reporting structures for the programme.
• Oversee risks, issues, dependencies and change control processes.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting and financial performance.
