Job summary

Vallum Associates in the West Midlands is seeking a Lead Salesforce Transformation & Delivery lead to own the end-to-end Salesforce programme, including roadmap, delivery plan, governance, and coordinating with partners.

You will work with senior leaders, manage budgets, risks, testing, data migration, cutover, and ensure business readiness and user adoption across the organisation.

This fixed-term contract of 12 months offers a high-visibility role shaping digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Experience delivering complex digital transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce delivery methodologies.
• Experience working with Salesforce implementation partners and System Integrators.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at Executive level.
• Strong programme governance and planning capability.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent commercial awareness and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Salesforce implementation programme.
• Develop and own the project roadmap and delivery plan.
• Manage multiple workstreams across technology, operations and business change.
• Work closely with Salesforce implementation partners and hold suppliers accountable for delivery.
• Build strong relationships with senior operational leaders and executive sponsors.
• Chair programme governance meetings and Steering Groups.
• Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies and decisions.
• Oversee budget management and programme reporting.
• Ensure business readiness, communications and user adoption.
• Coordinate testing, data migration, cutover planning and go-live activities.
• Drive benefits realisation and continuous improvement following implementation.
