• Manage programme budgets, resources, risks, issues and change controls.
• Provide leadership to project managers, business analysts, technical teams and suppliers.
• Ensure successful Salesforce solution implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and integrations.
• Establish and maintain governance, reporting, assurance and performance monitoring frameworks.
• Drive adoption and change management with business and technical stakeholders.
