A major UK utilities organisation is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale Salesforce transformation programme. The programme will replace the organisation’s existing Works Management System with Salesforce Field Service, transforming how work is planned, scheduled, delivered and managed across a significant field-based operation.
You will operate as a key client-side member of the programme team, working closely with operational stakeholders, Salesforce and the implementation partner throughout discovery, design and delivery. This assignment requires someone who combines strong Salesforce delivery experience with broader operational transformation capability. You will need the confidence to challenge the implementation partner, hold stakeholders accountable and ensure technology decisions remain aligned with business outcomes. Previous Salesforce Field Service experience within utilities, infrastructure, engineering, field operations or another asset-intensive environment would be highly advantageous.
