Job summary

NTT DATA UK & Ireland is seeking a Training Content Creator to join our Change & Enablement team. Based in the UK & Ireland, you will convert approved processes into learner-friendly content and author Highspot-ready eLearning modules.

Collaborate with SMEs and the Lead Trainer to ensure accuracy, apply instructional standards, and package final assets for publishing. Flexible work options may be available.

Qualifications

• eLearning or digital learning content development experience.
• Excellent business writing and content simplification skills.
• Experience converting complex process information into learner-friendly content.
• Familiarity with LMS / enablement platform content standards.
• Strong PowerPoint and document authoring capability.
• Highspot authoring experience desirable.
• CRM / Salesforce programme experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Convert approved processes and work instructions into concise, learner-oriented content.
• Author Highspot-ready eLearning modules.
• Create persona-based learning journeys and modular learning assets.
• Develop job aids, quick reference guides, checklists and supporting learner materials.
• Work with the Lead Trainer to apply instructional standards consistently.
• Collaborate with Process and Revenue Cloud SMEs to validate technical accuracy.
• Incorporate screenshots and system examples once the relevant build is stable.
• Maintain source traceability and version control.
• Address consolidated SME review feedback.
• Package final assets for handoff to the Highspot Platform Team.
• Support content QA and publishing validation.
