Job summary

Experis UK is partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation to hire an experienced Salesforce Test Manager to oversee testing across a business-critical Salesforce transformation.

You will define the overall Test Strategy, lead SIT/UAT and end-to-end testing, and manage defects while coordinating with stakeholders across risk, compliance and technology.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Test Manager in large-scale implementations.
• Strong background in Salesforce tests, transformations and integrations.
• Experience delivering test strategies, plans and QA governance.
• Hands-on leadership of UAT planning and execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the overall Test Strategy and Test Plan


• Lead SIT, UAT and end-to-end testing activities


• Manage defect tracking, reporting and resolution


• Work closely with business, technology, risk and compliance stakeholders

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Test Manager

Desirable experience across:

• Previous experience within Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Wealth, Lending or Payments)


• Service Cloud


• Experience Cloud

Additional experience with Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or Agentforce would be advantageous.
