Job summary

Sopra Steria is seeking a Salesforce Test Manager / Lead Tester to drive testing excellence across Salesforce projects in London. You will lead testing activities, design plans, and mentor teams while partnering with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading testing across Salesforce projects and Agile teams.
Proven track record in test planning, execution, and defect management.
Experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or similar automation tools.
Strong stakeholder communication and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of CI/CD implications for Salesforce deployments.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate testing across Salesforce projects and Agile teams.
Create and execute test plans, cases, and scripts across System Integration Testing, End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing, UAT, and Smoke Testing.
Validate Salesforce functionality, integrations, data migrations, security models, automation, and custom developments.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using CRT to improve regression coverage and CI/CD delivery.
Manage defect lifecycle activities, including triage, prioritisation, resolution, retesting, and deployment readiness.
