Job summary
Sopra Steria is seeking a Salesforce Senior Test Manager in London to shape and govern the overall Salesforce testing strategy across large-scale programmes. You will lead testing activities across multiple Salesforce Clouds and integrated apps, champion automated testing with Copado Robotic Testing, and drive quality within an Agile delivery environment.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Salesforce testing governance and release readiness.
- Led testing across Salesforce clouds and integrations.
- Experience implementing automated testing solutions.
- Strong knowledge of data migrations and custom Salesforce development.
Responsibilities
- Define and govern end-to-end Salesforce test strategy and QA framework across programmes and releases.
- Manage full testing lifecycle: SIT, E2E, Regression, Performance, UAT.
- Lead testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and custom solutions.
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks using CRT and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor test progress, quality metrics, defect trends, release readiness and risk mitigation.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing practices, automation coverage and delivery standards.
