Our client, a leading financial services organization, is embarking on a greenfield implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of this mission-critical platform from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end technical architecture of Salesforce FSC implementation.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and product owners.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Ensure integration with external systems via APIs, middleware, and other tools.
• Establish technical governance, code standards, and DevOps best practices.
• Support deployment strategies, data migrations, and environment management.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, preferably in financial services.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) - mandatory.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, Apex, LWC, and data modeling.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, security model, and performance optimization.
• Track record of greenfield Salesforce implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application/System Architect, CTA prep).
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and Salesforce DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Belgian or EU financial regulatory environments.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid model: 2 days/week on-site in Belgium.

• English-speaking environment (Dutch/French a plus).
