The Role:

As the Salesforce Technical Architect, you will take ownership of the Salesforce architecture across multiple clouds. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to design scalable, future-proof solutions. This is a highly strategic role with a blend of hands-on technical leadership and stakeholder management.

• Lead technical architecture and design across Sales, Service, and CPQ implementations.
• Define and document scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned to business goals.
• Guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and C-suite sponsors.
• Drive innovation and maintain a pulse on Salesforce platform updates and ecosystem advancements.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect within enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ (Salesforce or equivalent).
• Strong integration knowledge (APIs, middleware, third-party platforms).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
