Job description

Credera is seeking a Technical Architect to join our expanding Salesforce Practice in the UK. These trailblazers can work in office from our London, Manchester, Newcastle, or Leeds locations 2-3 days per week on exciting engagements across multiple modules and domains for leading clients in the UK. Role Definition

Reporting to the Technical Director, the Technical Architect will be required to:

1. Lead a Technical Delivery Team responsible for project deliveries within Credera.
2. Contribute towards defining and improving best practice and design models for all Credera engagements.
3. Represent Credera at Customer C-Level meetings/discussions.

Responsibilities & Duties

1. Provide guidance and support to Technical Leads to enable them to provide leadership and ensure their team meet best practices.
2. Support the wider Technical Delivery Team and provide governance for ongoing deliveries.
3. Contribute to continuous improvements in roles, responsibilities, onboarding, and career progression for team members.
4. Identify training and recruitment needs, support HR activities, and ensure team certifications are maintained.
5. Deliver Lunch and Learn sessions and support/guide others in presenting sessions.
6. Ensure reusable assets are actioned and drive improvements in technical templates.
7. Enable Peer Reviews and review/approve solutions proposed by other SMEs.
8. Participate in Pre-Sales engagements, collaborating with Sales and Pre-Sales Teams to ensure solutions are achievable and properly estimated.
9. Provide sign-off and approval for pre-sales solutions and estimates.

Knowledge / Certification

1. Certified Technical Architect (desirable).
2. Industry Clouds (desirable).
3. Certified System Architect, Application Architect, Service Consultant, Administrator.
4. Deep understanding of declarative and coded approaches, Lightning Components, sharing/security, and SSO solutions.

Communication

1. Effective communication at all levels, including C-Level.
2. Honesty and openness.
3. Understanding commercial impacts.

Lifecycle Knowledge

1. Understand Credera's Delivery Approach.
2. Identify gaps and oversee multiple projects, including enterprise solutions involving multiple Salesforce clouds and integrations.
