As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Architect you will:

• Work as part of an integrated Accenture and client team, defining, architecting, designing, delivering and deploying Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud based solutions to our clients

• Drive creativity and innovation in solutions to deliver value for clients and Accenture

• Support pre-sales activities including shaping and presenting solutions, and estimating and planning for delivery

• Develop further skills in Salesforce, solutioning, industry expertise and client engagement through hands-on experience and training

• Lead and supervise development teams

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Direct client-facing Salesforce technical development experience across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Marketing Cloud Engagement) and Salesforce Data Cloud

• Proven hands-on experience architecting, designing, building and delivering integrated solutions based on Salesforce clouds and leading ecosystem products

• Advanced development skills in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including SQL, Ampscript, SSJS, html and css

• You hold the following certifications: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant

• Strong Business understanding of the business benefits of key strategic platforms such as Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Agentforce

• Proven ability to identify and assess solution options, and make recommendations to clients based on structured approach and leading practices while also considering the Marketing Operations context

• Understanding and experience addressing the key architecture concerns (aka the architecture “-ilities” i.e. scalability, performance, availability, security, maintainability, operability, recoverability) in the context of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud

• Desire to mentor, teach, and help develop next generation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultants and Developers in the team

• Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments, thriving in dynamic, collaborative team

• You have an excellent understanding of real time website personalisation tools such as Marketing Cloud Personalisation

• You have a working knowledge of non-Salesforce Enterprise Customer Data Platforms as a point of comparison

• Active Salesforce community participation and contributions

• An understanding of the CMO / Marketing Director ‘agenda’ – priorities, challenges and KPIs
