Salesforce Technical Architect – Housing Sector

Location: Remote

Start Date: May

TechOhana has partnered with a bespoke Housing Association that is looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect for a long-term contract.

The role is fully remote, and since the business is at the beginning of their journey, there is potential for the project to extend beyond 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and own the Salesforce architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.
2. Lead the technical design of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and more.
3. Oversee integrations with third-party platforms and internal systems.
4. Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
5. Conduct solution reviews and ensure high-performance, scalable implementations.
6. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other architects to deliver end-to-end solutions.
7. Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect across multiple large-scale implementations.
8. Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs).
9. Experience in the housing sector or other public-sector environments is highly desirable.
10. Salesforce certifications – ideally Application Architect and/or System Architect.
11. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
