Job summary

Flosum is seeking a Salesforce Technical Evangelist to be the technical face of the company within the Salesforce ecosystem. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and community, translating Salesforce updates into compelling technical stories for customers and prospects.

You will lead webinars, demos, and content creation, build and energize a thriving user community, and collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (admin, developer, architect, or consultant).
• Proven public technical communication: webinars, talks, podcasts, or well-followed blog/social presence.

Responsibilities

• Own our webinar engine: plan, host, and deliver webinars and demos showing Flosum and Salesforce best practices.
• Evangelize Flosum + Salesforce: position as the natural solution for DevOps, backup, and data management through content.
• Absorb and teach new technology: master Salesforce releases, form a sharp point of view, and communicate to technical and exec audiences.
