Job summary

Flosum, a leading Salesforce-native SaaS company, is seeking a Salesforce Technical Evangelist in the United Kingdom. You will be the technical face of Flosum, delivering compelling stories from every Salesforce release and product capability to customers, prospects, and the wider ecosystem.

You will own the webinar engine, evangelize Flosum + Salesforce, and build a vibrant user community through programs like office hours and AMAs.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years hands-on Salesforce experience (admin, developer, architect, or consultant).
• Public technical communication track: webinars, talks, blogs, or active presence.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder/Administrator/Developer/Architect).

Responsibilities

• Own our webinar engine: plan, host, and deliver a steady cadence of technical webinars and demos.
• Evangelize Flosum and Salesforce: position as the natural solution through demos, talks, and content.
• Rapidly absorb and teach new Salesforce releases and Flosum capabilities to technical and executive audiences.
• Engage the user community with office hours, AMAs, certification support, and developer content.
• Connect channels: promote events, drive newsletter engagement, and feed content to all channels.
• Represent Flosum credibly with the Salesforce ecosystem: user groups, Dreamforce, Trailblazer Community, and partners.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and customer success to surface stories and drive outcomes.
