Job summary

Flosum, a leading Salesforce native SaaS company, is hiring a Salesforce Technical Evangelist to be the technical face of Flosum to the Salesforce ecosystem. You will learn every release, craft compelling technical stories, and present to customers, prospects, and the broader community.

You are a technologist, storyteller, and community builder, with a track record of public technical communication, webinars, conference talks, and a strong English communication skill set.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (admin, developer, architect, or consultant).
• Proven track record of public technical communication: webinars, talks, blogs or video content.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder, Administrator, Developer, Architect tracks) are a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Own our webinar engine: plan, host, and deliver webinars and demos to showcase Flosum and Salesforce best practices.
• Evangelize Flosum and Salesforce, position as a solution for DevOps, backup, and data management.
• Absorb new Salesforce releases quickly and translate into compelling technical narratives for technical and executive audiences.
• Engage and energize the user community through programs like office hours, AMAs, certification support, and developer content.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and CS to surface customer stories and drive measurable outcomes.
