Job summary

Rothstein Recruitment is seeking an Information Security Consultant to join a major Salesforce transformation within an international bank. You will be the embedded security SME for the Salesforce delivery team, collaborating with architects, developers and product managers to design secure solutions and deliver at pace.

You will lead risk and control assessments, advise on regulatory requirements, and guide teams through change gates within a 3LoD framework.

Qualifications

• CISSP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience embedding security in Salesforce delivery teams.
• Knowledge of UK regulatory requirements and risk management.
• Ability to communicate security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as embedded security SME for the Salesforce delivery team.
• Lead risk & control assessments following bank processes.
• Advise on regulatory compliance and security best practices.
• Build trust-based relationships with developers, product managers and engineers.
